Picture This: Vacation Photo Contest
Going on vacation this summer? Don't forget to visit your vacation retreat's library and take a photo of yourself and or your family in front of the library. Then bring the photo here, to your "home" library. We'll put your photo on display and be awarding prizes for the "Most Distant Library" and "Funniest Photo." Please note that "funny" should be of a G-rated nature and that no libraries should be harmed in the taking of photos! The contest runs now through Friday, August 22.
Vacation Stop
Make a trip to the library the first stop on your summer vacation itinerary! We have travel guidebooks and DVDs to help plan your trip before you go. You can check out audiobooks, playaways or download audiobooks from MyMediaMall or NetLibrary to listen to at the airport.

Next Reads is a service that emails you a list of new and upcoming books in the genres of your choice. Sign up and choose the Newletter(s) you'd like to receive with suggestions, from your selected genre(s), of things to read both old and new. Register To Vote At The Library
In anticipation of this election year, the library now offers voter registration. The process only takes a few minutes and our convenient hours (Monday-Thursday 9:00 am to 8:30 pm and Friday & Saturday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm) can't be beat. Please bring in two forms of ID, one with your current address. Call the library (847.639.4210) with any questions
